Product Delivery Manager

About the role

The Product Delivery Manager monitors go‑to‑market delivery of assigned products or portfolios, supporting commercialization planning and delivery initiatives. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) ensures alignment across teams, manages risk, and drives continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead release documentation and demos, ensuring all teams are aligned on new features.
• Implement agile delivery tools and processes, driving continuous improvements.
• Deliver strategic product roadmap initiatives and communicate success criteria, scope, governance, schedule, and budget to stakeholders.
• Maintain product delivery plans, issue lists, risk logs, and status updates for visibility.
• Assess and mitigate risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure issue resolution.
• Develop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and improve governance policies for consistent delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in product delivery or consulting, preferably in Fintech.
• Proven track record delivering cloud‑based SaaS products in an agile environment.
• Ability to work independently, make judgments on methods, and coordinate across internal and external groups.
