Head of Product

About the role

Chamelio is looking for its first Head of Product to take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and business outcomes. You will move product leadership from the founders to a dedicated executive who works closely with legal teams, buyers, and the market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, measured by adoption, expansion, and retention.
• Own product metrics, set success criteria for each capability, and track activation, adoption, and depth of usage across customers.
• Spend the majority of time with in‑house legal teams, turning insights into decisive product decisions.
• Represent the product to customers and prospects, leading strategic conversations, executive briefings, and partnership designs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on positioning, pricing, packaging, and product launches.
• Monitor legal‑tech and AI trends, converting competitive signals into product strategy.
• Define AI integration points, balancing autonomous agents with human oversight.
• Partner with R&D, design, and R&D attorneys to rapidly move market insights into production.
• Hire and scale the product team as the organization grows.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, owning full product strategy and roadmap.
• Strong customer‑facing presence, comfortable engaging GCs, legal ops, and executive buyers.
• Proven track record shipping AI‑powered products with non‑deterministic outputs.
• Experience building for enterprise buyers with complex, high‑stakes workflows.
• Executive‑level judgment to set direction, defend it to founders/board, and pivot when needed.
