People Operations Specialist – Maternity Leave Coverage

About the role

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to cover maternity leave on our Israel site. You will manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure local HR processes align with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, salary updates and maintain employee records.
• Oversee vacation, leave of absence, and parental leave administration.
• Own and maintain HRIS systems, user permissions, and generate HR documents.
• Collaborate with Finance, insurance providers and other external vendors.
• Support implementation of global People Operations processes locally and produce HR reports and data analysis.
• Monitor HR policies, identify automation opportunities and contribute to cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations within a tech company.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and solid data‑analysis/reporting skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Fluent English and excellent communication abilities.
