Manufacturing Supervisor

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for its Yokneam site. You will lead daily production activities on the shop floor, guide operators, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing activities and support operators to meet production targets.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery, and output while maintaining 5S and workplace organization.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues.
• Communicate daily priorities, support employee attendance and performance, and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience leading or supporting a small team.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.

• Lean manufacturing concepts.
• 5S workplace organization.
• Basic problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
