Legal Counsel

About the role

ISCAR is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join its global legal team. You will work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment supporting business development across more than 60 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of legal matters, both routine and complex, by delivering practical, solution‑oriented advice.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
• Interpret cultural and jurisdictional nuances that affect legal activities and advise accordingly.
• Support contractual negotiations, regulatory filings, and corporate governance initiatives.

Required profile

• Israeli‑licensed attorney (admission in other jurisdictions is a plus).
• 2–10 years of experience practicing law.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Full‑time, on‑site availability with no exceptions.
