Legal Counsel – International Tech

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Counsel based in Israel to provide hands‑on legal support across corporate, commercial, intellectual property and international matters. You will work closely with business teams to identify risks and deliver commercially‑focused advice while supporting cross‑border activities in the US, UK, EU and other jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal support for a broad range of business activities.
• Draft, review and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts.
• Support cross‑border legal matters across the US, UK, EU and additional jurisdictions.
• Independently manage routine legal issues and deliver practical business‑oriented advice.
• Identify complex or jurisdiction‑specific issues that require external expertise.
• Select, engage and coordinate external counsel as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to achieve business objectives while mitigating legal risk.
• Help develop and implement efficient legal processes as the company scales.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience with international and cross‑border matters (US, UK, EU).
• Hands‑on experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience handling intellectual property matters.
• Proven ability to work with and coordinate external legal counsel.
• Fluent Russian and B2‑level English for contract review and negotiations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Business‑oriented, hands‑on approach with the ability to build legal processes from scratch.
• Experience in consumer electronics, hardware or an international product company is a plus.
