Fintech & Capital Markets Regulation Attorney

About the role

Herzog Fox & Neeman is looking for an Attorney to join its Fintech & Capital Markets Regulation team. Our dedicated team advises leading Israeli and international financial institutions and fintech companies on securities and capital markets regulation, investment services and innovative financial products. Clients include global banks, investment firms, asset and wealth managers, brokers, trading firms, stock exchanges, and fintech firms operating in digital assets, crypto and open banking.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on securities, capital markets and fintech regulation.
• Supporting international financial institutions operating in or entering the Israeli market.
• Advising fintech companies on regulatory structuring, licensing and ongoing activities.
• Working on innovative financial products and emerging areas of financial regulation.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English – mandatory.
• Strong interest in financial regulation, capital markets and fintech.
• Experience at a leading law firm, financial institution, fintech company or the Israel Securities Authority.
