About the role

Herzog Fox & Neeman, one of Israel’s leading law firms, is seeking an experienced and motivated attorney to join its exclusive fintech and financial regulation team.

Key responsibilities

Provide ongoing legal advice to major financial institutions, investment firms, insurance companies, payment companies and fintech organizations.
Advise on financial and institutional regulations, licensing processes, legislative procedures and represent clients before regulators.
Assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements related to banking, finance and fintech operations.
Offer counsel on compliance issues such as AML, data privacy, consumer protection and regulatory compliance.
Represent clients in dealings with regulators and assist with regulatory filings and approvals.

Required profile

At least two years of post‑qualification experience as an attorney.
High proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing) – mandatory.
Experience in financial regulation or litigation.
Graduates from leading academic institutions.
