Legal Counsel

About the role

This is a hands‑on role for a strong corporate and commercial lawyer who wants to work at the heart of a fast‑growing cybersecurity company. You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team, partner with teams across the business, and handle a broad range of legal matters – from complex commercial agreements to corporate and strategic matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including enterprise customer, partner, vendor, SaaS and technology agreements.
• Work closely with the Sales team to support and accelerate complex enterprise deals.
• Support corporate matters, including financing transactions, corporate governance, equity and other strategic initiatives.
• Advise the company on privacy, data protection and other legal and regulatory matters relevant to a global cybersecurity business.
• Provide practical, business‑oriented legal advice to teams across the company.
• Work with external counsel in Israel and internationally as needed.
• Build and improve legal processes, templates and infrastructure that can scale with the company.
• Partner closely with the founders and leadership team on both day‑to‑day and strategic matters.

Required profile

• Israeli‑qualified lawyer with 5+ years of relevant legal experience – a must.
• At least 2–3 years of in‑house legal experience at a B2B enterprise software company – a must.
• Proven experience supporting a business that sells software to large enterprise customers, including hands‑on involvement in complex enterprise sales cycles and contract negotiations.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements, including enterprise customer, SaaS, partner and vendor agreements.
• Experience working closely with Sales teams to negotiate and close enterprise deals.
• Previous experience in the corporate and/or commercial practice of a leading Israeli law firm is a strong advantage.
• Experience in cybersecurity is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of corporate matters and the legal needs of startups and growth companies.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Commercial mindset and the ability to balance legal considerations with business needs.
• Highly independent, proactive and comfortable taking ownership in a fast‑moving environment.
