Senior Program Manager – Learning Programs

About the role

The Senior Program Manager will work with different stakeholders to implement various learning programs and initiatives for government and public sector entities. Acting as the voice of the customer and learner, they will collaborate with Google Cloud learning services, account teams, professional services, and external contractors to provide thought leadership, understand complex audience segmentations, and ensure smooth implementation and deployment of programs.

Key responsibilities

• Work with account teams and customers to understand contractual obligations, vision, and program scope.
• Own program‑level KPIs that achieve learning services OKRs.
• Identify gaps in Google offerings and advise solutions to fill those gaps.
• Run skills‑gap assessments and discovery across government, higher‑education, SME and public‑sector entities.
• Organise virtual and on‑site learning events and develop communication and branding plans to maximise registrations.
• Document processes, best practices and manage change while tracking program data and providing regular reporting.

Required profile

• Analytical, project‑management and people‑skills with the ability to derive qualitative insights from analytics dashboards.
• Critical thinking to synthesize account and customer requirements and recommend solutions.
• Cultural awareness and excellent coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Learning & development background with strong presentation, influencing and communication abilities.
• Ability to create brand identity, engage audiences and generate excitement for programs.
