About the role

Join Check Point as an HR Partner, supporting leaders across the organization to shape workforce planning, talent strategy and change initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving employee engagement and delivering a strong employee experience in a fast‑moving, AI‑focused security environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational development and talent strategy.
• Lead core HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews and employee development.
• Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives and improve the overall employee experience.
• Provide HR guidance on employee relations and organizational challenges, using data and insights to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a global organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, prioritize tasks and execute in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations and employment compliance.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve HR effectiveness.
