HR Business Partner – Manufacturing Plant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our manufacturing plant in Beit Shean. In this role you will align HR initiatives with business objectives, drive a high‑performance culture and support talent management, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure HR practices support operational excellence and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with plant managers to develop and execute HR work plans that support business goals.
• Provide workforce planning, succession planning and talent development insights.
• Lead change‑management processes to foster innovation and agility.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, investigate issues and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire and onboard top talent.
• Design and deliver training, onboarding and career development programs.
• Guide managers through performance‑management cycles, including goal setting, feedback and annual reviews.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, engagement and diversity and recommend improvements.
• Support organisational design and workforce restructuring initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (required); Master’s degree is a plus.
