About the role

PhaseV is seeking a senior HR leader to shape the organization behind its AI‑driven clinical trial platform. As a strategic member of the leadership team, you will partner with the CEO and senior leaders to build a high‑performing, culture‑focused company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define organizational strategy, workforce planning and long‑term growth.
• Design and execute a scalable people strategy, including organizational structures, talent frameworks and HR processes.
• Coach and develop managers, leading performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Create an exceptional employee experience across the entire lifecycle and embed PhaseV’s values and culture.
• Leverage people analytics and organizational insights to guide decision‑making and lead change initiatives with empathy and business focus.

Required profile

• 6+ years of progressive experience in people leadership, HR or talent acquisition within fast‑growing technology companies.
• Proven success partnering with CEOs, founders and senior leadership teams.
• Experience driving organizational development, culture building and leadership enablement.
• Exceptional relationship‑building, influencing and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach, strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
