Global Vice President of Human Resources

About the role

Tama Group, a worldwide leader in crop baling solutions, is seeking a Global Vice President of Human Resources to join the Management team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape and execute the People & Culture strategy that supports the company’s long‑term business objectives across its 25 subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to define and drive a global People & Culture strategy aligned with the Group’s business plan.
• Anticipate future organizational structures, capabilities, skills and workforce needs, translating them into concrete people priorities.
• Shape and strengthen Tama’s culture and employee experience while evolving ways of working for the future.
• Develop leadership capabilities, talent pipelines, and succession plans to ensure a sustainable leadership bench.
• Lead and develop the global HR team, enhancing business partnership and professional expertise across regions.
• Advance the use of people data, analytics, HR technology and AI while ensuring robust HR governance and risk management.
• Design organizational structures, policies and processes, and lead people aspects of business transformation and change initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant senior HR leadership experience in a global, multi‑site industrial organization.
• Proven track record partnering with CEOs and executive teams on strategic decisions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link strategy to people, culture and leadership priorities.
• Experience leading large‑scale organizational transformation and change programs.
• Demonstrated success in leadership development, talent management and succession planning.
• Experience working across diverse countries and cultures.
