אודות התפקיד
לחטיבת הכספים של אסם נסטלה דרוש/ה FP&A Analyst reporting & transformation. התפקיד כולל ריכוז נתוני מכירות, דיווח וניתוח עבור ההנהלה, וכן הובלת תהליכי טרנספורמציה של אוטומציה ו‑AI בתחום הכספים.
אחריות מרכזית
- ריכוז נתוני המכירות של כלל יחידות החברה, דיווח וניתוח עבור ההנהלה.
- אחריות על דיווח ביצועי המכירות וניתוח נתחי שוק.
- מעקב על דיוק בתחזיות (forecast accuracy) והצעת המלצות לשיפור.
- הובלת תהליכי טרנספורמציה של אוטומציה ו‑AI ושימוש בכלי AI לשיפור יעילות הדיווח.
- תמיכה בבניית תחזית רווח והפסד והכנת דוחות פיננסיים חודשיים.
פרופיל נדרש
- תואר ראשון בכלכלה או מנהל עסקים.
- ניסיון של עד שנתיים בתחום דומה בחברה עסקית.
- היכרות עם חברות גלובליות ומערכות SAP – יתרון.
- יכולות אנליטיות גבוהות ויכולת השפעה.
- אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
כישורים נדרשים
- Excel ברמה גבוהה.
- Power BI.
- כלי AI.
- מערכת SAP (יתרון).
