Controller – Finance & Reporting Lead

About the role

Buligo Capital, a publicly traded real estate investment company, is seeking an experienced Controller to join its Finance team in Ramat Gan. This hands‑on position carries broad responsibility for financial reporting, taxation, internal controls and day‑to‑day financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Manage annual tax reporting, ongoing tax matters and coordinate with external tax advisors.
• Oversee bookkeeping, payments, cash‑flow management and relationships with banks.
• Perform budget‑vs‑actual analysis and produce management reporting.
• Lead ISOX processes, internal controls and financial procedures.
• Support real‑estate valuation financial aspects and work closely with auditors and professional advisors.
• Drive AI, automation and advanced finance tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• CPA qualification (required).
• Previous experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a publicly traded company (required).
• Big Four experience, preferably within the real‑estate sector (required).
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (required).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial processes independently.
