Finance Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and highly organized Finance Operations Specialist to join our growing finance team. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, improving processes, and supporting day‑to‑day financial operations in a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Track customer and supplier balances and follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare reports and analyze financial data using Excel.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams in English via email.
• Support month‑end closing activities.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with various finance and operational projects as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Good written English with professional email communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting is an advantage but not required.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
