E‑Commerce Website Manager (Shopify Plus)

About the role

Natasha Denona Makeup is seeking a talented E‑Commerce Website Manager to join its Marketing team. You will own the performance of the brand’s Shopify Plus sites and TikTok Shop, driving traffic, sales and a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Shopify Plus websites and TikTok Shop, including sales, promotions and product launches.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise customer journeys, newsletters, marketing automation and the Marketing Calendar.
• Develop and execute an e‑commerce strategy to improve site performance and report on key metrics.
• Research market trends and emerging technologies to enhance website functionality.
• Analyse data to create data‑driven strategies that meet KPI targets.
• Collaborate with the graphic and creative team to maintain website visibility and brand consistency.

Required profile

• High‑level written and spoken English (mandatory).
• 1‑2 years of proven experience managing e‑commerce websites, preferably in retail, beauty or fashion.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate technical issues and propose creative solutions.
