Director of People

About the role

We are seeking a Director of People to elevate our People function in Tel Aviv. You will partner with local leadership to shape culture, build leadership capability, and improve the day‑to‑day experience of our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, preparing the organization for growth, scale, and change.
• Lead the People agenda across business partnership, organizational development, employee relations, local compliance, talent acquisition, and site partnership.
• Manage and develop the talent‑recruiter team in Israel, driving the attraction of exceptional talent.
• Design and implement processes that strengthen culture, leadership, and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with Israeli labor laws and employment practices.

Required profile

• 9+ years of experience in HR/People roles, including significant people‑leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record partnering with leaders and coaching fast‑growing teams.
• Deep expertise in change management and organizational development.
• Experience in a global startup environment, preferably SaaS B2B.
• Hands‑on or managerial experience in talent acquisition and recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli labor regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
