Corporate Lawyer

About the role

This full‑time hybrid position is ideal for a qualified lawyer who wants to deepen expertise at the crossroads of corporate law, tax, trusts, and employee equity compensation. You will advise both private and public companies on stock option and share plans while collaborating with clients, internal teams, and regulatory bodies in an international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support on trust matters and employee equity compensation plans (Section 102).
• Assist Israeli and international companies in managing employee stock option and share plans.
• Advise clients and internal teams on legal, tax, and trustee‑related issues.
• Support share acquisition transactions and other corporate actions.
• Review tax rulings, oversee implementation, and liaise with the Israel Tax Authority for required filings.
• Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and equity allocation materials.

Required profile

• LL.B. degree with active Israeli Bar membership.
• At least 2 years of post‑qualification legal experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Hebrew.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
