In-House Legal Counsel – Real Estate

About the role
Join a leading, well‑established real estate company and take on a key legal role at the heart of the business. Provide ongoing legal support for the company's operations and real estate portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial real estate agreements.
- Handle lease agreements across office, retail and logistics properties.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and business units across the organization.
- Provide legal guidance and support for transactions and commercial engagements throughout the asset lifecycle.
Required profile
- Qualified Attorney (LL.B.) with 4‑7 years of relevant experience.
- Significant experience in income‑producing commercial real estate.
- Proven experience handling commercial lease agreements for office, retail or logistics assets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of accountability, ownership and commercial mindset.
