דרוש/ה עורך/ת דין למחלקה המשפטית של חברת פארמה מובילה, להשתלבות בצוות משפטי פנים-ארגוני ולעבודה מול גורמים עסקיים בארץ ובחו"ל. המשרה מאפשרת עבודה מרחוק ברוב הזמן עם הגעה למשרד במידת הצורך.

אחריות מרכזית

ליווי משפטי שוטף של פעילות החברה
ניסוח, בחינה וניהול משא ומתן על הסכמים מסחריים, בעיקר באנגלית
ייעוץ משפטי לגורמים שונים בארגון
עבודה מול יועצים משפטיים חיצוניים ורשויות לפי הצורך

פרופיל נדרש

רישיון עורך דין ישראלי עם ותק של 3 שנים לפחות
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד, בכתב ובעל פה
יכולת עבודה עצמאית, סדר וארגון
יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת עבודה מול ממשקים מרובים
