Business Development & Marketing Manager

About the role

Join TAMI, the central R&D institute of ICL and Israel’s leading industrial chemistry research centre, as a Business Development & Marketing Manager. You will work at the intersection of science, technology and business, leading high‑impact projects from concept to implementation and building strategic collaborations with industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex technological projects, managing budgets, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive business development activities and identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with customers, collaborators and innovation partners.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, regulatory and commercial teams.
• Support the preparation of proposals, tenders and commercialization initiatives.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or higher in Chemistry (M.Sc./Ph.D. preferred).
• Proven experience in business development and/or leading technological projects.
• Strong commercial mindset combined with scientific understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
