Account Manager – Defense Sector

About the role

QualityAI, an AI‑first quality engineering company, is seeking an Account Manager for the defense sector. This full‑time position in Netanya will oversee design and execution of defense projects while driving business development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning and execution of defense‑sector projects.
• Ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Own and track KPIs related to delivery quality, timelines, client satisfaction and financial performance.
• Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Align solutions with client objectives, operational requirements and long‑term strategy.
• Oversee cross‑functional teams and coordinate delivery units effectively.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in IT services delivery or equivalent senior military leadership.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale operations, including oversight of 100+ employees and managers.
• Technical/IT orientation with solid understanding of IT terminology.
• Military background is an advantage.
