Retail Sales Associate – Resort

About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate at a Club Med resort, you will be the friendly face of the shop, welcoming guests, understanding their needs and helping them find the perfect products. You will ensure the store is attractive, well‑stocked and aligned with Club Med standards while contributing to sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, identify their needs and provide personalized advice.
• Operate the till and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Create window displays and table layouts following Club Med visual standards.
• Implement and restock clothing and accessories to promote sales.
• Continuously seek innovative ways to showcase products.
• Monitor and analyse product sales performance.
• Promote commercial actions and collaborate with sports, events and other resort services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and maintain store assets.
