Strategic Account Manager – AI Creative Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our growing team. This is not a traditional account management role; you will act as a strategic advisor to innovative creative teams, brands, agencies, and AI‑first organizations using our AI ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a book of business focused on AI‑powered creative accounts.
• Drive account expansion through upsell opportunities, increased adoption, and deeper product integration.
• Lead onboarding and adoption processes for new enterprise clients and strategic accounts.
• Build trusted long‑term relationships with key stakeholders across creative, marketing, production, and innovation teams.
• Conduct proactive monthly business reviews and strategic check‑ins.
• Monitor client consumption, engagement, and adoption trends on a daily basis.
• Identify risks, growth opportunities, and workflow optimization opportunities through data‑driven analysis.
• Help clients achieve creative and operational goals using our AI ecosystem.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Legal, Support, Marketing, and Content teams to advocate for client needs.
