Beauty Advisor / Make‑up Artist

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor / Make‑up Artist you will combine creative and technical expertise to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers while supporting high‑performing team initiatives and in‑store events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized makeup consultations and product recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that educates and inspires shoppers.
• Assist with the planning and execution of in‑store beauty events.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to differentiate the store from competitors.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale systems efficiently.

Required profile

• Dynamic self‑starter with a passion for beauty and people.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Willingness to demonstrate proof of right to work in the country.
• Preferably certified in make‑up artistry or with prior retail makeup experience, though amateur experience is welcomed.

Required skills

• Professional make‑up artistry techniques.
• Proficiency with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
