Banking Graduate Programme 2027 - Investment Banking, Tel Aviv

About the role

Barclays is recruiting recent or soon-to-be graduates for its Investment Banking graduate programme in Tel Aviv. You will take part in the day-to-day activities of the Investment Banking division, gaining broad exposure to different clients, transactions and specialist areas, and working with the Coverage and M&A teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on live deals and client pitches, and advise a broad range of corporate clients on structured solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams on business initiatives and take part in training and development programmes.
• Identify opportunities, develop business cases and help launch new products and services.
• Manage client relationships and provide customer service support, answering questions about products and processing transactions under steadily decreasing supervision.
• Develop and implement financial models and strategies that support investment banking decisions.
• After several weeks of intensive training, join an industry, product or geographic group and work on live deals and business development projects, including financial analysis and modelling, valuation, industry research, business evaluation, idea generation and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Degree or expected degree in any field; advanced or fluent English and Hebrew.
• Motivated, curious and ambitious, ideally with an interest in business and finance and a good work ethic.
• Ability to learn and develop skills to deliver quality products to clients.
