Subsidiaries Controller

About the role

GlassesUSA.com, a leading online eyewear retailer, is seeking a Subsidiaries Controller to manage accounting and consolidation for its subsidiaries in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close, consolidation and complex revenue recognition for all subsidiaries.
• Own subsidiary general ledgers, intercompany charges, transfer pricing calculations and loan schedules.
• Maintain ASC 842 lease schedules and intercompany balances.
• Prepare and manage the full accruals cycle and annual Israeli tax reports.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Controller, external auditors and bookkeeping staff on reporting and analysis.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and support cross‑departmental communication.

Required profile

• CPA with at least 3 years of experience in high‑tech groups, preferably from a Big 4 firm.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Israeli GAAP.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Priority ERP (plus).
• Proficiency in intercompany accounting, transfer pricing and consolidation processes.
• Understanding of ASC 842 lease accounting.
