AP Manager, Controller

About the role

KLA, a global leader in inspection tools and metrology systems for electronics, is hiring an Accounting Manager (AP Manager, Controller) for its Migdal HaEmek office. The role reports directly to the Finance Director and works with several business divisions within a growing global finance team. It is described as a highly visible position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of AP specialists, supporting their performance and professional growth.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy in the AP function.
• Oversee department activities so they comply with company policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Compile, analyze and report financial information to management and government.
• Work with procurement, HR, finance and treasury to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Take part in monthly and quarterly financial closing, making sure AP transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA is a must.
• Proven management experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy.
• High level of English; proficiency with SAP.
