Senior Strategy Manager

About the role

HP's Graphics Solutions Business (GSB) is looking for a Senior Strategy Manager to join its Strategy & Business Development office. Reporting to the GSB Head of Strategy, this executive-facing role drives portfolio strategy, strategic planning and investment prioritization across GSB, working closely with business and functional leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead GSB's strategic planning, including long-range planning, portfolio reviews and executive strategy discussions, and turn the long-term vision into actionable priorities and investment trade-offs.
• Develop recommendations and strategic narratives for senior leadership, and partner with business units on strategies, technology roadmaps and market plans.
• Build an integrated view of the portfolio, evaluate its performance and growth potential, and shape investment prioritization and resource allocation.
• Run analyses, market assessments, scenario analyses and business cases, and facilitate executive discussions.
• Support evaluation of M&A, investments, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, and build alignment across business units.

Required profile

• 7-12 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, investment banking, corporate development or business transformation.
• Proven track record leading complex strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with M&A, strategic partnerships, venture investments or portfolio expansion is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
