Analog Layout Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Analog Layout Design Engineer to join our engineering team in Haifa. You will create complex analog circuit layouts, ensure they meet strict performance and manufacturability standards, and work closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design complex analog signal circuit layouts, including floorplans, power grids, ESD structures, and bumps.
• Run verification flows (DRC, LVS, EM/IR, ESD, thermal) to guarantee reliability and manufacturability.
• Develop innovative analog layout methodologies to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with circuit designers, process engineers, and package teams to balance area, power, and yield.

Required profile

• Proven experience in analog and mixed‑signal IC layout design.
• Strong technical expertise with custom layout and verification tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Cadence Virtuoso (or equivalent) layout tool.
• Calibre (or equivalent) for DRC, LVS, ANT, ERC.
• Advanced reliability verification (EM/IR, ESD, thermal effects).
• Knowledge of advanced semiconductor process nodes and layout techniques (matching, shielding, guard rings, common‑centroid).
