Senior Cloud Network & DevOps Engineer

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Senior Cloud Network & DevOps Engineer to design, automate and optimise secure, scalable cloud networking solutions across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform. You will provide technical leadership for cloud transformation initiatives and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise cloud networking architectures, including VPC/VNet topologies, routing, peering, transit networks and hybrid connectivity.
• Develop and maintain IaC solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep and Ansible, and build API‑driven self‑service provisioning.
• Architect and support DNS, DHCP and IPAM services (Infoblox, Route 53, Azure DNS, Google Cloud DNS) and integrate them with automation pipelines.
• Implement Zero Trust, SASE/SSE and secure application connectivity, collaborating with cybersecurity teams.
• Lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers and define technology roadmaps and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in network engineering, cloud networking or DevOps.
• 5+ years designing enterprise solutions in AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Proven experience with IaC, CI/CD pipelines and automation.
