AI Architect / Senior AI Engineer

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a dedicated AI Architect / Senior AI Engineer to join a client team in Jerusalem. The role blends AI, large language models, agent systems, backend engineering, and distributed systems to turn an ambitious concept into a working MVP and shape the product’s technical direction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents with persistent state and memory.
• Develop agent planning, reasoning, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Create behavioral and personality models that influence decisions.
• Manage long‑term memory, context, and dynamic tool selection.
• Enable browser and environment interaction for agents.
• Build autonomous data exploration and extraction pipelines.
• Architect distributed systems to run many agents and workers.
• Monitor, evaluate, and simulate agent performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.
• Strong experience with large language models and AI agents.
• Excellent Python programming skills.
• Proven backend and system design expertise.
• Experience with distributed or asynchronous systems.
• Background building autonomous or agent‑based systems.
• Good understanding of memory retrieval and context management.
• Ability to turn concepts into working prototypes.
