Team Leader, Solutions & Innovation Team

About the role

Join Check Point’s Solutions & Innovation Team to lead a group of IT escalation specialists. You will drive AI adoption, automation, and modern workplace technologies across a global support organization while ensuring secure, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow the Solutions & Innovation Team, setting priorities, goals and development plans.
• Provide technological leadership for Help Desk, Field Tech, Deployment and Application HelpDesk, establishing standards and best practices.
• Guide the team on identity (Microsoft Entra ID), endpoint management (Intune, Kandji) and VDI (vSphere) platforms.
• Drive AI‑powered tool design, integration and automation to accelerate ticket resolution and improve response quality.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using PowerShell, Microsoft Power Platform, Graph API and Azure Automation.
• Design and roll out new support processes and onboarding flows to enhance consistency and user experience.
• Own high‑tier technical escalations across identity, endpoint, VDI and workplace technologies.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud and Architecture teams to ensure compliant solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Global Support or Modern Workplace environments.
• Proven leadership or people‑management experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead complex technical projects from concept through operationalization.
• Self‑driven, innovative mindset with a passion for emerging technologies.

Required skills

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) – Conditional Access, SSO, MFA.
• Endpoint management – Microsoft Intune and macOS via Kandji.
• VDI platforms – VMware vSphere.
• Automation & scripting – PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform, Azure Automation.
• AI integration experience – Copilot, AI‑driven automation, enterprise productivity platforms.
