Technical Recruiter – Full‑time, Immediate Start

About the role

Slice Global Equity is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for both technical and non‑technical positions. The role is full‑time with an immediate start, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source high‑quality candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks and direct outreach.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position Slice as a top talent destination.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and timelines.
• Ensure a professional, respectful candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record recruiting software developers and other technical roles.
• Prior experience working in a startup environment.
• Immediate availability for a full‑time position.
