About the role

We are a fast‑growing startup seeking a proactive, high‑energy Talent Acquisition Partner who loves recruiting and thrives in a rapid environment. You will own full‑cycle hiring, build pipelines, and contribute to broader People initiatives as we scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple technical roles, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Develop strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and drive efficient hiring processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in the ATS.
• Leverage AI tools and sourcing technology to improve workflow efficiency.
• Support employer branding, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on, full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in the cybersecurity sector (strong advantage).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with managers and candidates.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.

• LinkedIn sourcing and proactive candidate outreach.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Use of AI recruiting tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
