About the role

monday.com is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to drive technical hiring across the organization. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging AI‑powered tools to source, assess, and engage top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions, from intake to offer.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to translate business goals into hiring plans.
• Design job descriptions and interview guides that reflect role requirements.
• Proactively source candidates across diverse channels and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout every interview stage.
• Utilize advanced AI tools to streamline and scale recruitment processes.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in a hi‑tech environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in sourcing candidates, preferably for technical roles.
• B.A. in Social Science, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
• High energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism.
• Data‑driven mindset, critical thinking, and creativity.
• Willingness to use AI as a core working tool and challenge its outputs.
