About the role
iTalent - Hire Smarter is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to recruit technology professionals using advanced sourcing and recruitment tools. You will gain hands‑on experience in high‑tech recruitment and work with innovative techniques that help you succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates through all sources.
- Initiate new paths for sourcing passive candidates.
- Coordinate the hiring process while working closely with hiring managers.
- Recruit candidates using social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Maintain client communication, ensure satisfaction, and drive retention activities.
- Identify new business opportunities for clients.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, verbal).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
