Project Manager – Construction (Data Centre Projects)

About the role

A leading global construction company is expanding its team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver large‑scale, technically complex projects. Data‑centre experience is not essential; we welcome candidates from advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, industrial, healthcare, commercial or major infrastructure backgrounds. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex construction projects from delivery through handover.
• Coordinate client teams, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Oversee programme, budget, quality, safety, risk and reporting.
• Lead progress meetings and resolve project issues.
• Manage variations, delays, snagging and close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Strong project management experience in complex construction environments.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
