Cost Manager – Data Centres / Mission Critical

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to join a global construction firm working on complex data‑centre and mission‑critical projects in Tel Aviv. The role involves overseeing cost planning, financial control and change management across multiple high‑profile programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost plans for a portfolio of construction projects.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances and provide senior‑level reporting.
• Manage change orders, assess commercial impact and ensure governance compliance.
• Communicate cost information clearly to senior stakeholders and influence project decisions.
• Produce detailed cost reports and financial analyses for multiple projects.

Required profile

• 7‑8+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
• Strong background in a cost consultancy environment.
• Proven ability to manage costs across multiple projects or programmes.
• Chartered status or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Construction.
• Experience working on data‑centre, mission‑critical or large‑scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Comfortable operating in a remote/hybrid, internationally connected environment.
