Office Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our fast‑growing identity and anti‑fraud platform. The role combines facilities management with employee experience initiatives, ensuring a smooth, supportive workplace for our Tel Aviv team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including inventory, supplies, kitchen, cleaning, parking, deliveries and maintenance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, coordinating office‑related duties such as mailing, shipping and equipment management.
• Maintain communication with accounting for invoices, billings and expense tracking.
• Partner with HR and managers to plan employee‑experience events, team‑building activities and gifting.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes, space planning, and office relocations or moves.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of office management experience in a high‑tech environment.
• Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
• Strong interest in employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hebrew.

Required skills

• Experience with HiBob HR platform (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
