Office Manager & HR Generalist

About the role

Datarails is looking for an energetic and highly organized professional to join our Tel Aviv office as an Office Manager & HR Generalist. In this dual‑impact position you will ensure smooth daily office operations while supporting core People processes, recruitment and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including vendor relationships, facilities upkeep and inventory control.
• Provide logistical support for company events, holiday celebrations and off‑site activities in partnership with the Employee Experience Manager.
• Maintain a welcoming, vibrant office environment for local staff and global visitors.
• Assist recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidates and performing initial resume screening.
• Drive end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries regarding workplace policies and benefits.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Office Manager, HR Coordinator or HR Generalist in a tech/start‑up setting (experience not mandatory).
• Fluency in Hebrew and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills, service‑oriented mindset and high emotional intelligence.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with proven capacity to prioritize and multitask under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Canva.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
