Logistics Export Operations Coordinator

About the role

Our Commercial Support department is seeking a full‑time Logistics Export Operations Coordinator to manage export and shipping activities for our global customers. The role is based at our headquarters in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all export and shipping activities to customers worldwide.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders and customs authorities, negotiate rates and verify invoices.
• Prepare invoices and required export documentation.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate and coordinate shipping details with local and international customers via phone and email.
• Follow company policies and procedures in all operations.

Required profile

• Academic degree.
• Proven logistics or import/export experience.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Service‑oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Self‑motivated team player capable of working under pressure.
