About the role
ISCAR ltd is looking for a dynamic Global Customer Service Representative to join its diverse team. You will play a vital role in maintaining the company’s reputation for excellent service across international markets.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with international branches and customers, coordinating with internal departments to ensure high‑quality service.
- Manage order processing, track shipments and monitor delivery status.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues promptly and represent customer needs within the organization.
- Support import/export activities and assist with logistical‑commercial processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with information systems and familiarity with logistical‑commercial processes.
- Service‑oriented mindset with strong reliability and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Additional language proficiency is a significant advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using information systems for order and shipment management.
