Procurement and Logistics Support

About the role

Regolith is seeking a Procurement and Logistics Support professional to ensure smooth acquisition, handling, and delivery of equipment and assets for our clients across the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa. The role focuses on coordinating with suppliers, managing packaging processes, and supporting the final shipment to customers. You will contribute to Regolith’s commitment to efficient and reliable procurement practices.

Key responsibilities

• Collect items from suppliers and verify that they meet the specifications provided by the office.
• Repackage items for shipment in accordance with Regolith’s internal shipping and handling procedures.
• Deliver packaged items to the designated shipping partner for final delivery to the customer.
• Manage the storage and handling of shipping and packaging materials in line with company standards.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong attention to detail for verifying product specifications.
• Familiarity with packaging, storage and shipping procedures.
• Ability to work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance.
• Capability to follow internal processes and maintain accurate inventory records.
