Planning Specialist – Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain team at a leading global beauty brand. The role combines analytical thinking with business insight to drive accurate forecasts, maintain optimal inventory levels and support exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end planning and inventory management processes.
• Analyse large, complex data sets and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
• Challenge assumptions with data to continuously improve forecasting and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Account Management, R&D and Finance to align forecasts with operational targets.
• Support data‑driven decision‑making in a fast‑moving environment.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in planning and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of building sales forecasts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and forecasting/planning tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong cross‑functional communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
