Junior Affiliate Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Affiliate Manager to join our team in Ramat Gan. You will support the growth of our affiliate network by onboarding new partners, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with internal marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Monitor affiliate campaigns, track traffic and conversion metrics, and analyse performance data.
• Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and optimisation.
• Identify opportunities for new affiliate partnerships and support promotional strategies.
• Resolve affiliate inquiries and provide timely support.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience or interest in affiliate, account, and online marketing management.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media, and digital marketing channels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
