Influencer Marketing Specialist – French

About the role

Playnance is seeking a French‑speaking Influencer Marketing Specialist to own creator discovery and outreach across French‑language markets. You will build a pipeline of gamers, Web3 creators and lifestyle influencers, execute campaigns within a set budget and report on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and maintain a qualified creator database across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Kick and Twitch.
• Analyse media kits and audience metrics to qualify creators using Playnance’s framework.
• Conduct outreach in French and English via DM, email or Telegram, schedule calls and hand‑off qualified prospects.
• Manage campaign budgets, propose allocations and track spend against targets.
• Keep the Monday.com influencer pipeline and collaboration boards up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate campaigns from onboarding to publication, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Report weekly pipeline updates and monthly market performance metrics.
• Monitor competitor activity, emerging platforms and new creator trends.

Required profile

• Native‑level French with professional English proficiency.
• 1–3 years experience in influencer, talent or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of French‑speaking creator culture and streaming communities.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Organised, proactive and persuasive written communicator.

Required skills

• CRM/pipeline tools such as Monday.com, HubSpot, Notion or Airtable.
• Analytics for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
