Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Upwind, a next‑generation cloud security platform, is scaling rapidly and needs a hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager to own the full funnel—from first impression to qualified pipeline. You will work closely with product, content, design, sales and RevOps to drive paid acquisition, SEO, experimentation and partner initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns against pipeline and CAC targets.
• Design and iterate landing pages and campaign assets, running continuous A/B tests on messaging, layout and offers.
• Build and execute a growth experiment roadmap, prioritising high‑impact tests and translating results into actionable decisions.
• Drive technical and content SEO, including LLM citation optimisation, to increase organic visibility.
• Manage agencies, review sites, co‑marketing partners and events, holding them to clear KPIs.
• Implement an AI‑native marketing stack, using AI tools for research, creative production, analysis and automation.
• Report on spend, pipeline and revenue impact, recommending the next investment focus.
• Collaborate closely with sales to understand buyer journeys and optimise for pipeline quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on growth or performance marketing experience.
• Proven ability to own end‑to‑end paid acquisition and conversion optimisation.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, AI‑first environment.
